Hi,

In assigning Specialty to LOR on ERAS website, do we need to assign Preliminary and Transitional also as Specialty, in addition to main Specialty.

For example in case of Neurology, does it has to be like this -

"Neurology, Preliminary/Transitional (Neurology)"

Any help appreciated.

That's just there for your benefit so that if you have LORs for different specialties (or in your case, for Neuro and prelim) you can label them appropriately. I don't believe you have to label them at all if you don't want to (but I may be wrong since it's been a few years since I had to do this.

This makes sense now. Thanks for replying.

I will just label the LOR "Neurology, Preliminary/Transitional (Neurology)" anyways, since I applying for Neurology only.
