Assume Rejection?

If I have yet to here from certain schools, does this mean I can assume rejection? I've gotten interviews elsewhere, but some of the other schools I've applied to have sent out interviews already. Just curious on how the schools process works... Or perhaps I have the wrong mindset here?

I would not assume rejection until March/April.... but I would also start spending time on reapplying around then too.... I mean its better than watching the knicks lose.
