I'll assume the dress code is a suit for interviews, but what about the rest of the meeting? ARRO Saturday? Posters with the Professor? I've never been. Thanks.

The official dress code is business casual. Personally, I always wore a suit and tie except at social events after convention hours. As a resident, you should always project an aura of professionalism and the way you dress is one part of that.

You can't go wrong with a suit and tie. Even if you don't have anything planned, you never know who you're going to run in to.

Business casual is basically correct, although I've seen a few crazy folks walking around in shorts and tshirts.

For women it depends on what you're up to...if you have a poster, presentation, or interview, etc. then yes bring a suit. If you are just going to the conference sessions, you generally can't go wrong with clinic-appropriate clothing (dress pants and a top, a dress, etc). As GFunk emphasized, you always want to look professional.
