I was curious whats the "low GPA cutoff", how high do you have to get your GPA so its not sticking out as being low?

I figure for GPA to have a big positive affect on application it would need to be 3.8+ and if your below 3.5 your in "low" territory. So would maybe any GPA from 3.55-3.75 be considered "neutral"?

They throw your app out at 3.999.

Just kidding, I would say your numbers are about right.

you won't be in the 'low gpa' pile at most schools. (although probably will be at the really prestigious ones). You'll be totally fine with that gpa as long as the rest of your app is in order
