ATP is only produced in the cyclic path, right?
do we get any ATPs as a result of the non-cyclic electron flow? i think no but one of my books says yes. kaplan doesn't say ATPs are produced in the non-cyclic ....i need a third opinion.

i was reading a diff kaplan when I asked that question 😉 i just noticed that the DAT version says non-cyclic generates ATP as well. thanks luder. I know that you'll ace the dat.
for non-cyclic, the electron still goes down the electron transport chain, which drives chemiosmosis. In cyclic, you just have electrons being recycled after it's being powered by Photosystem I instead of it being used for formation of NADPH.
