attend ASTRO 2013 as med student

Can one attend ASTRO as a medical student without a presentation or abstract submitted for it? I noticed there is no MS membership.

My attending suggested that I go even if I didnt have anything submitted for it.

As a med student, your time at ASTRO is best spent partying and getting hammered at the numerous industry-sponsored soirees.
