So word is the their are new features on the DAT as of recently. You may now use the highlight function and the cross out any answers to allow POE (process of elimination). With that i was wondering if we should all reconsider our method for the RC. I think now that we can highlight, this is a game changer and we can approach this method a different way.

The MCAT has had this forever. It can actually make your life harder by highlighting too much. I can't find anything online about the ADEA adding these features.

Is this highlighting/crossing out feature only available for RC? Is there any way to cross out wrong answer choices for any other sections? I'm used to crossing out wrong answer choices on my college exams, I think it's much more efficient than mentally crossing them out and losing track of what you've eliminated.

I think it may be useful but also a hassle at the same time. Too much highlighting would mess me up.

Honestly, I think it's an advantage. You could highlight main points and quickly use search and destroyer your second round of reading. Also I will be doing control find and see iff hat works in RC. Right now I am scoring 19-21 on normal practice exams. But will let y'all know how it goes.
