Hey guys! Sorry for the all caps thing, but I had to get your attention! 😱
First off, congratulations on deciding to come to such an excellent school- you'll love it!
Secondly, my husband and I are moving out of our wonderful apt in Manayunk, and we thought we'd see if anyone coming to pcom is interested in it (I'd love to have pcom students live here--good karma and all!). Anyway, here are the specifics-- email, pm, or respond to this post if you want more info!
Huge 2bed/2 bath + large loft in very cool old factory building in Manayunk (very cool town 7 minutes from school). Has vaulted (20+ ft) ceilings, new kitchen, washer/dryer in unit, free parking, skylight, central air etc. It's in a old warehouse/civil war hospital building, and the management has made it into a very cool place (art on the walls, etc). The rent is about 1480/month (it's great for a couple or roomates), they allow cats but no dogs. The management is wonderful and very responsive and friendly (they know everyone by name). Lease starts July 1st.
