Just wanted know more about the comp exam from someone who has taken the comp lately. The difficulty and similarity based on med 1/2 courses or mainly first aid.

You will pass. Or at the very least they'll probably take you even if you tank on the test. The Caribbean schools are money-making institutions first and higher education facilities second. The number of questions you get right isn't nearly as important to them as the number of dollars in your bank account.
