Ok - so I got my MCAT scores yesterday - and I run the audit check on my AMCAS application just a few minutes ago, and it still says that my MCAT scores are missing.

What gives?? Anyone else face this same problem?

Did you remember to allow the scores to be reported/released to the schools you are applying to? I believe AAMC might have a specific web application just for this problem. You might want to check around their website for info.

I think you need to go to THx and look at the bottom, where it says "Send my scores etc etc". You click that and choose the schools you want to send your scores to.

I don't think it necessarily sends them right away. I remember when I was applying 3 years ago, I received my scores and my schools hadn't gotten them yet. I had taken the aug mcat so they let me fax my scores in so they could schedule my interviews quicker. I'd say it may take a few days.

does it say mcat/other test score missing? mine never showed up last year, but the aamc has everyone's score. unless for some wierd reason you didnt release your scores, it should be ok. call them. my score went through fine last year.

I just submitted tonight and mine said the exact same thing. However, when I printed out my app my MCAT scores were included. As long as you said "yes" to AMCAS release you should be good.

Hope that answers your question. Us 33Q's have to stick together... 😉
