Kaplan for general review. Barrons and Cliffs 5-test book, Pcat flashcards book (really a book of practice problems), GRE verbal workbook, Calculus and Chemistry textbooks to review weak areas uncovered by practice tests and more flashcards than you can imagine! I spent the entire summer doing nothing but study for this. First, reviewed all the subjects, then practice problems and studying the topics of the problems I got wrong. I saved the last test for the night before...Hope that helps. I had never heard of Dr. Collins before recently on this board. Oh, and youtube has some great videos on calc concepts like chain rule, etc that I didn't remember and just reading them from the book wasn't that helpful.
