Does working with autistic children count as a health-related experience, even though it doesn't really have much to do with medicine or hospitals?

Behavioral Health I would assume.
I work with children with autism and other developmental delays as well, I'm sure it "counts." At the end of the day just be ready to talk about what insight you gained from the experience and how it reinforced your desire to go into medicine
