I like to use the "auto-pilot" feature of MIM. It speeds up contouring in areas where there is large difference in HU between what you are contouring and surrounding tissue (e.g. bones, kidney, bladder, rectum, heart). However, pure 'auto-contouring' is more trouble than its worth due to the corrections you have to make.

This is mainly an attending level issue though as some of my colleagues in the practice prefer that the dosimetrists contour most/all normal structures.
