you need to be more specific..wo't get any replies like that. How bout I start you off with a few ideas.
Very competetive (>240-250 probably) - rads, ophtho, ent, ortho, uro, plastics, compet gen surg programs
Decently Competetive (>220-240 probably) - Anesthesia, ER med, gem surg, good IM programs, so forth
Not competetive (passing) - FP, IM, Psych, OB GYN (primary care specialties)
Obviously if you want to do IM at hopkins you can't just have a passing score--you need to exceptionally well, these are very general sats, by no means are these that strict--there are many other things taht come to play other than your step one score, but for the extremely compet resid, the step one score is often use as a screening tool.
