I am an average student who goes to an average school. I have an overall GPA of 3.5 and Science GPA of 3.3. I am not in any special program at my college. So when I say anyone can do well on this test, I mean it.

PAT:19
QR:16😕
RC:18
BIO:28::soexcited:
CHM: 20😡
OC:23
TS:23
AA:21

PAT: I think I lucked out in this section. The Keyholes very relatively easy. Proportions were the main thing to consider in choosing the right answer. The TFE was not too bad either, similar to CDP. The hole punching was very similar to DAT Bootcamp( awesome materials) . Learn the Line of symmetry method and you will get 15/15. Cube counting was much easier. I am terrible at folding, so mainly guessed on the answers and I think that's what brought my score down. In CDP I was mainly getting 18,19, and one 20. I took the first 3 tests and the rest I just did random problems. I would say get CDP or DAT Bootcamp PAT(little harder in my mind) and practice a lot.

QR: I hate this section, period. I studied for this section for less than a week and it shows in my score, so I'm not the the best person to give advice on this section.

BIO: I don't know how I got a 28 but I will take it. I studied this section the most out all of the sections. The best resource for this section would be DAT destroyer and DAT Bootcamp. Also the notes by scsc7211 are very good as well. Know this resources and you will be set.

CHM: I thought I did better on this section out of all the sections but guess not. It was all simple and maybe that through me off. CHAD all the way for this section. Also DAT bootcamp is good as well.

OC: Very basic. CHAD all the way for this section as well. Know your trends and you should be fine. I had many conceptual questions and not many reactions.

RC: Didn't study at all for this section and I just did search and destroy.

Practice Test Scores:
DAT Bootcamp( The best resource out their in my mind)
BIO:18, 19, 19, 21, 22
CHM:17, 18, 19, 19
OC: 18, 21, 23, 21, 18
QR: Never took it

I never actually took a full test and I don't think it's necessary. I highly recommend going over Destroyer because that's very helpful. For the Destroyer don't worry about whether you get the question right or wrong, just understand them. I probably got less then 50% right on my first try, but I made sure I understood them.

If anyone has questions feel free to ask. I found about this website at the beginning of my studies and I would have not done as well if I had not know about this wesite, so thank you.

Lastly, wanted to get peoples openion on that dreaded 16 on QR.
Chance me.😀

Nice job. Hate to break it to you, but your 21AA makes you above average 😉

Apply fairly broadly and you should be fine.

I am just worried about the 16 on QR. I contacted Boston,Temple, and Arizona and they all said to retake the exam, so I am not sure whether I should retake the exam or not.

...i dont understand schools sometimes....your scores are amazing and I would love to get the same scores. I wouldn't retake. 28 on bio is insane

If I were you, I wouldn't retake. A 16 in a section nearly every single school doesn't value isn't worth the potential of a lower score on a retake. If it was a 16 in science / RC that would be a different story.

really? many schools told me that my scores are competitive enough and that I didn't have to retake. They said I could retake if I wanted to, but I didn't have to.

And thus the fickle nature of man.

I think it maybe politically the correct thing to say for them. They probably get the same questions everyday, so they just revert to same answer.

Your scores are fine. I have a friend who got: PAT 20, RC: 20, QR: 16, Bio 19, GC 20, OC 21. She talked to the dean of VCU and he told her not to retake. She didn't get accepted in VCU however but it is due to something else in her application, not her DAT. She got accepted into Howard though. So I think your score is fine.
