Awaiting Step 3 Score..Apply without Scores?

Hello:
I took Step 3 last week, applying for Family Medicine 2010. Old FMG, applied last year did not get matched, took Step 3 to improve chance. Should I wait for result for Step 3? Please let know of your suggestions.

Honestly you should have applied much sooner. Why didn't you apply on September 1st with your step 1 / 2 scores?

Many programs already passed their deadlines for application, and many others have filled their interview slots. You should apply as soon as possible if you are to have any chance this season, especially for an IMG.
