Has anyone found a way to do an elective rotation in Cuba recently? From what I can tell, it looks like the US stopped allowing that in 2004 (used to be able to go through MEDICC), but with the new allowance for academic travel, is there any way to set something like this up? I will have 4 weeks, would be fantastic to do an away down there...
