Away Rotation at Univ of Minnesota

Anyone done an away rotation at the University of Minnesota? I'm planning on doing one next year and I'm having a hell of a time setting up an affiliation agreement. The contact there won't return e-mails and when she finally does its like a month later. Anyone else have this problem

I did an away rotation at the U of MN. I went to their "Visiting Scholars" website, downloaded the application, mailed it along with the check, and heard from them 6 months later...good times.
