ADHD = "Disorder usually first diagnosed in infancy, childhood or adolescence) and therefore falls on Axis I. Mental ******ation falls on Axis II.
Reading Disorder is coded on Axis I. If a neurological condition, other medical condition, or sensory deficit is present, it must be coded on Axis III.

How would one diagnose ADHD in infancy? Concidering there is no actuall test for ADHD, just observations from teachers and parents. It would be hard to determine before a child is in a school setting, if there lack of interest, focus, attention span, and/or hyperactivity is in fact, due to ADD/ADHD. Is dyslexia diagnosed in the DSM?

It's not diagnosed in infancy. It just falls under that category in the DSM.
