hello everyone!
i am still trying to choose my pharmacy school that is very important for my next 4 years of my life.
Which school should I go to?
Schools that I got accepted are...
NDM - Notre Dame Maryland
PCOM - Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine
ACPHS- Albany College of Pharmacy Vermont Campus
I am pretty sure everyone had experience choosing schools.
NDM:
closer to my house
small class size - 70
Semester
It's not just one campus, but it's university
Fully accredited on 2013.

PCOM:
Just one campus building
Trimester
Warmer
Bigger class size- 105

ACPHS-Vermont
- fully accredited.
-Satellite Campus
-just one campus building
-Nothing to do in Vermont.

Which school is the best?
I heard enough of go to school where you see yourself in next 4 years. etc.
I got all of that.
I just want people's opinion on these schools like reputation and such.

PLEASE HELP ME! Its june! I need to make decision now!
Thanks everyone!

pick the cheapest one.

If only there were like a forum on here where people talked about pretty much every pharm. school. It would be even sweeter if on this forum the schools were listed by name.

pick the fully accredited one

Thanks everybody.
You know people have been said go to the cheapest one or go to cheapest one with full accredited.
Notre Dame tuition is $34,150
Albany tuition is $29,300
PCOM tuition is #32,850
so albany which is the cheapest one and Notre dame, the most expensive one, makes about $5000 difference. Which is almost 20K difference in 4 years.
So, Albany Vermont is the way to go because it's the cheapest and fully accredited.
BUT!!!
people listen!
Albany vermont campus is a satellite campus and there is absolutely nothing to do in Vermont. I am an asian student and there is no asian students in acphs-vermont.
Baltimore and Georgia.. better to live.

For those who go to just one building pharmacy campus.. do you guys enjoy yourselves in there?
coming from big undergrad, I wonder hows that life..

If I were in your shoes, I would just suck it up and go to the best school that's for you. True, there aren't a lot of Asians in Vermont, but that doesn't necessarily mean your class won't have any Asians. Also, the cost of living in Vermont is probably much lower than in Baltimore.

You have to prioritize what you want really in pharmacy school: affordability, quality of school, social environment, and other factors. Most would probably pick the former two over the latter.
