Can someone tell me the difference between extracurricular activities and community activities? If I put that I'm a hospital volunteer under "community activities" should I also put it under the medically related work category? Thanks for any help...

One more thing - under which category would I put my experiences as teaching assistant or research assistant at my university??? Thanks very much for any help!

I think the distinction is that extracurricular activities are the clubs, offices held, etc. while in college or graduate school (such as the pre medical club, TA, etc.). Community activities would be those non school related activities such as hospital volunteer, rape crisis counselor, suicide help line volunteer, etc. Good luck!

I received secondaries from AZCOM 1.5 weeks ago, and CCOM last Monday.
