AZCOM interview 9/22?

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
hi, congrats to you guys! i will be going as well.

I was wondering if anyone had advice as to whether to stay in phoenix or glendale.

Thanks and good luck!

I'm there!!! I am definetely interviewing AZCOM, but I dumped my interview at KCUMB after my acceptance to COMP. I did however, keep my DMUCOM interview. I heard both AZCOM and DMU are two very sick DO schools. Anyway, I'm way excited about AZCOM.

22nd for me as well. It makes me very nervous though to hear from current students about how the surrounding community hasn't accepted the school completely. Oh well, I guess I have to make my own decisions.

Well everyone. I got accepted to KCUMB!! I will probably not be attending the AZCOM interview...but if I do then I'll see you all. And if not...good luck and you will all do great!

I have an interview at AZCOM on the 2nd after Wester and Des Moines, if any of you who are going before would be nice enough to post some advice and inside info about the interviews I would greatly appreciate it!!!

I'm flying out to AZCOM on the 28th. This may be a stupid question but...if we order airline tickets online do they send us the tickets through the mail? I have never done this before

i don't think they send airline tickets by USPS, i guess due to security reasons. anyhow, when you go to the airport and check-in your luggage, the airline personnel will print your boarding pass. you also might be able to check-in online the day before your flight, depending on your airline. then you can either print your boarding pass at home or print it at the airport. i hope this helps. good luck on your interview. i'm nervous as heck!!!🙁

i think we'll find that this won't be such an issue by the time we're 3rd/4th year student. until just recently UofA (the allopathic state school) was able to block AZCOM students from doing rotations...but now the legislature's changed. while it's still something to think about--i think it'll work itself out before our time.
