Didn't see an AZCOM secondary thread yet. I just received their secondary with a link to creat an acct. Went to the site, eneterd my info and then was directed to another site that says "Applicant Account Setup" - but that's it - the rest of the page is basically blank. Did I miss something or is their site having issues?

I had already applied to CCOM, so my major info was in and my account was already created. They use one database for it all and pretty much sub in "AZCOM" in place of "CCOM".

I logged in just fine today. Can you elaborate what you're seeing?

I was having problems submitting the secondary earlier so I called and they said the problem might be that so many people might be trying to get on the secured site at once since they just sent out the secondary. They said to try a bit later when the traffic went down

I went to the link from my e-mail and got a screen asking me for my id #, zipcode, and last name. I entered the info and was taken to Applicant Account Setup page. It says Applicant Account Set Up at top - but nothing else. On the side is a small menu with the following tabs:

Public Access
-Career Opportunities
-Tuition Payment
-ID card payment
-Transcript request
-Login

I went to login once and tried every sombination of the infor it asked me for on the first screen. No luck, no secondary. Guess I will be calling them in the morning.

I entered the stuff in earlier and it brought me to a login screen. I was already entered in the database from CCOM, so that is probably why it took me to the login.

guys i got the same thing as you, but here's how to fix it...either hit the login button on the left hand side, or if you're like me and have the CCOM log in link saved in your favorites, go through there..dont make a new log in name. they're the same log in...now when you go to work on your CCOM application, you have the option to do your AZCOM application as well. like moss said, its identical to the CCOM one. good luck.

I tried that. But I haven't applied to CCOM so I don't have a login and it doesn't allow me to create one. I'm just waiting for them to open to give them a call.

oh..well i just went to the link that AZCOM sent me and instead of showing nothing but the options on the left it gave me an option to make a username...try now, since it got fixed for me, it might be fixed for you. i'm using firefox btw too.
