Maybe the whole idea of higher tuition can be a good thing.. like a driving force to do well on the boards... in order to land a better residency in a competitive field, in order to get paid bank, in order to pay back huge debt amounts.
This is what I tell myself in order to sleep at night!

totally, I've become SOOO cheap in anticipation of paying next years tuition, I seriously contemplate every purchase for so much longer than I used toIf it were me, I'd go to AZCOM--no question.
I'd go to AZCOM, but that's because I've lived in Idaho for four years and seriously dream of year-round warm weather. And I have family in Arizona.
What questions do you have? I go to AZCOM and I am really enjoying it. We're only one "quarter" in but it's been a fun ride so far.
Simple, what part of the country are from or want to end up in? If one of the schools is close to this that's your school.
Average indebtedness of 2009 graduates who incurred medical school debt
University of New England Biddeford, ME
$213,441

Sadly, the new CIB definitely ranks AZCOM's debt-load higher by a wee bit.

Disclaimer: I am very biased!
As you may know, geographically, Maine and Arizona are complete opposites. The following only applies if you absolutely have no geographical preference.
I would definitely go to UNE-COM for three main reasons:
1) Smaller class size at UNE-COM. Some people might not think that this is a big deal, but IMHO it is one of the major factors. You get much more personalized attention from faculty (if you want that). It comes handy when you need LORs or research opportunities or trusted mentors.
2) UNE-COM has been around for much, much longer than AZCOM which equals more connections/alumni! It comes handy when you are an OMS-IV trying to match. Also, even though at the rate AZCOM is graduating these days, they should have a good alumni base, most of them have recently finished residency versus UNE-COM alumni some of whom have been out of residency for >20-25 years.
3) UNE-COM has well defined core rotations. You will do all your OMS-III year within a very defined geographical area (i.e. New England and Northeast) at sites which for the MOST part they have had affiliations with for many, many years. This equals better treatment (this was true at least at my core site). I met a student from AZCOM that was doing core rotations in South Carolina (seriously) [I don't know if this is common or not at AZCOM]!
Also, you get to study while looking at the Atlantic Ocean!
Since UNE-COM is very inactive on SDN, especially on this thread, I thought I would provide an opposing view.
Good Luck and feel free to PM me if you (or anyone else) have questions about UNE-COM!
