AZCOM's increased class size to 250

Does anyone know when this will take effect? Will the class of 2011 be the 250 student class size? or is this for the years after?

Well I would imagine that the class of 2011 is all settled now, seeing as how it's May. So unless this entering class is 250 people (which it's probably not since there would have been a lot of chatter about it), I would say it's probably the years after.
