Hey guys, I'm a single guy looking for a place to rent next fall. I know that AZ has some super cheap houses for sale so I imagine a few of you have bought homes in that area. Are any of you renting out rooms or know of any places that are decent and cheap? I know it's early but the earlier the better. I'm trying to get a feel for how much I want to spend on rent. Thanks!
