I'm planning on majoring in psychology and have the option of either a B.A or B.S. degree. The B.S. requires 3 more classes but if i chose the B.A., I can also minor in businesses management. Would having a business minor with a B.A. in Psychology look bad?

The question is if you want to minor in Business Management or not since BA vs BS or minor vs no minor has no relevance.

Either is fine. Do what you enjoy.

I am most likely going to do the B.A. in psychology with the business minor. Will having business classes instead of upper level biology classes affect my chances? I haven't taken anything but the pre-reqs yet in the sciences and if I plan to graduate with my class, I won't have time to take any either.

No.

As an English major, I was explicitly told by my adviser and by adcom members that humanities applicants also need to demonstrate strong scientific abilities. You could do this be performing well in your pre-reqs and on your MCAT, but I think it would be beneficial to at least try and hit a couple upper level science courses so you don't have to worry about proving your aptitude.
