Yes, I did use it exclusively and I Passed.
I already wrote in another post about it please refer to that but long story short:
B&B is enough alone for --> Dental Anatomy/Occlusion, Pathology & Physiology/Biochemistry.
B&B is NOT enough alone for --> Microbiology (I would study 1st Aid instead or combine it with B&B) & H & N Anatomy (I would do B&B first for this section and then go over 1st AID).
If you do that well and in detail and know the material from these Books you will be fine.
* Screw the APP it is useless in my opinion unless you have gone through the material and want to test yourself. Alone it is NOT enough unless you want to roll the dice and test your luck (NOT a good idea).
* I studied 5 weeks pretty intensely but I did take some days off here and there to regenerate.
