B in biochemistry

Ok, I am NOT asking if B in biochemistry is good. I know it may not be perfect but still a solid grade for biochemistry.

My question is: Will this "make up" for my C- in cell biology? That is the only horribl e grade in my gpa. In our school, Cell biology is prerequesite for biochemistry(biology version. We have chemistry and biology version and I chose the latter), and C- is a bare minimum to pass. But now I have B in biochemistry, will it help me prove to adcoms that I am indeed capable of handling rigorous courseworks in med school?

The total sGPA is what matters. No one has time to look at individual classes unless the sGPA is borderline or there's some kind of discrepancy.

Then i guess it won't help much 🙁 I have 3.48 sGPA as of this semester. I really wish i studied much harder on Cell Bio.
