This is a no brainer! EARLY!!!! Then you can send them the updates of your stellar fall grades in December.

But they could deny him early based on his less than stellar grades before he can update. 🙁

OK, how about this? Apply early, but take summer classes to get you above the 3.0 mark. I just think if you wait untill December it will kill your chances unless you are a 3.7 or above gpa applicant.
