Although medicine is a graduate level program but technically you don't need a bachelors to be accepted. You can apply and be accepted into most schools in your junior year with 90 or more credit hours (including the required prereqs). But you will most definitely need to show your bachelors degree to matriculate. Hope you find this information useful.

While some schools will state that they only require 90 credit hours, in the real world you pretty much need a bachelor's by the time of matriculation unless you are in a special undergrad --> MD program.

It sorta sucks for us nontrads but there it is. 🙂

I'd say that the lion's share of schools either require you to have a Bachelor's during the applying or expect you to have proof that you will graduate with a Bachelors before matriculating to med school. Some(very few) will take you if you don't, but I would go ahead and finish it up. It's just a Bachelor's, but it's still a nice feeling to have it.
