Back lesion. What could it be

Patient comes in complaining of a lesion which she had 2 years ago but the past week it has grown to a size of a penny. It became more reddened and bigger. Patient complains of pain when sleeping on her back

Poster comes in violating a rule that has been in effect since the beginning of time but seems to have been forgotten over the past 2-4 weeks. It gets moderators reddened and bigger. Moderator complains of pain from having to lock these threads.

In all seriousness, you wouldn't post on the urology forum asking for help, dermatology is no different. This is not a forum for medical advice. Do not pass go, do not collect $200, proceed directly to your friendly neighborhood dermatologist.
