I think I screwed up when I entered my addresses for the background check. I did a previous check for something else where I had to enter all previous addresses, including from when I studied abroad in Madrid, so I did the same thing for this one. But now it's been three weeks, and it's still not complete, so I'm guessing entering that address has slowed the process down a lot. Who do I contact to sort this out?

I don't think your foreign address is the problem. I'm prior military and put both my Korea and Germany addresses and the background check only took a little over a week. I would definitely call the company doing the background check, Certifi, I think. I will also note that they contacted me by email during the process to request some additional information. You might check your inbox and your junk mail to see if they sent you anything.
