hey guys,

I was trying to complete my background check for a school today using CastleBranch, if any of you have experience with that.

There was a field asking for academic designation; as in undergraduate vs graduate, degree/certification, and expected date of graduation. Are we supposed to designate our current status (I am currently an undergraduate and will receive my degree in May 2017)? Or, are we to specify our graduate info since it's the graduate institution we have been accepted to that is requesting the background check?

thank you so much!! 🙂 just wanted to clarify to ensure everything proceeds smoothly and to avoid providing the wrong info

I'm not familiar with CastleBranch but simply entering your current info (undergrad, May 2017) is most likely what they're expecting. I doubt it would invalidate your background check either way.
