What if we don't know whether we are related or not to a dentists or dental assistant through a marriage. I have a number of cousins and distant cousins and they all may be married to various families who may have one or more dentists or hygenists (I have a large family). Could failure to list down any of these possible dental relatives cause my application to be nullified? Thanks!

I think the purpose of the question is to see if you know what you are getting into.

I dont think the purpose is to see if you have rooted out every possible branch on your family tree.

I only listed my sister as the dentist I PERSONALLY know.

I am sure I have 2nd, 3rd, and 4th cousins who are dentists, but because I don't personally know them... I didn't mention nor bothered to look them up.
