Why does PI for solumedrol 1 GM says use bacteriostatic sterile water? I am aware you can also use sterile water.
Is it an option to use one or the other?
Logically speaking I can assume i can assume it makes perhaps it makes the vial from a SDV to Multidose vials because of the benzoyl alcohol preservative ??

Yes. That's my understanding as well. You can use SWFI, but it will be SDV in that scenario.
