As I thankfully approach the end of my contract, my gut reaction is to hurl my current phone at the Verizon rep and find another co. The signal is crappy most everywhere.
My question is this: how does one determine if the poor signal is due to the phone, the service or both? Verizon is supposedly a good co. and given that my current phone is crappy in a number of locations, perhaps it's the pohone not the service. So before I dump them for another co and potentially find myself even more miserable I need to figure this out.
Thoughts?
