Bad semester before application?

Hi guys, new user here.
I became very ill and tanked my finals, and this is the last semester before application. Not sure what the damages are, but it seems likely that my sGPA is a 3.37 now and my regular gpa is a 3.5 (maybe slightly lower). I usually average around a 3.6 but this semester I may get a 2.9 or 3.0. I have a 23 AA/TS score on my DAT. can anybody whose been in this situation weigh in?
