Banner OMFS residency information

Hey guys. I have heard a few things about banner and I'd like to know more. What have you guys heard? I know it's a 4 year and its new. That's about it. I am looking to get mainly dentoalveolar, implant and a bit of surgical experience. I'd like to go into private practice. It's not for the money, since I shadowed my first extraction and saw my first implants I loved it. Surgery is just fun to me. What are your thoughts? What residencies would fit me the best. Thanks
