My hospital is starting a bariatric program. What are some peoples favorite techniques for these cases? Is Des pretty much the gold standard??

Why are all your posts related to questions about common anesthetic techniques (bariatric, Precedex, remi in a knee scope, spine cases with remi, spine cases bucking the vent). I learned all this in residency, didn't you? Oh, wait...

Nice Proman...

RBA, this time I'm gonna tell you to go to school... but first you gotta make it in...

Or you can pay us tuition, cause this isn't a dialogue... it's teaching you're asking for...

I believe an endotracheal tube is the gold standard route for securing the airway.
