I got this but is it worth going through? some past posters have complained about the errors so is it even worth the time going through it or should I focus on my other materials like topscore, EK, achiever, kaplan?


have any of you used it? did u like it? was it useful? did it bring up your scores?


any advice is appreciated...thanks! 🙂

I found several mistakes in the science section. In my opinion the PAT section is the only worthy portion of the Barron's book.

even if it's the 1999 version? i have tons of the kaplan stuff but everyone says that's easier and i have/plan to get achiever, topscore, etc. other stuff i mentioned so is it worth it to go through barrons or just those materials again?

I am spending my studying in the kaplan book, destroyer, and my old textbooks from class. The barron's I did not think was all that great except for the PAT. They have some good practice problems in that section. So I guess it depends on what your strengths/weakness's are.

okay so basically it's only good for PAT but is it worse/better than Kaplan PAT? like did anyone see a big jump in their pat score after using barrons? esp. compared to kaplan cuz i have a lot of those materials too and everyone seems to say that's the easiest and I don't want to practice with something even lower on the great study resources ranking than kaplan, esp. cuz my study time is so little now...

so far i'm leaning to NOT going through barrons 😕
