To those of you who have already taken the real DAT, how do the Barrons exams compare?!?

On a scale of 1 to 5, I would say 1. However, the pat portion is well worth it.

Hey There.....be careful with Barrons. If you haven't already noticed, the book has multiple errors in not only the test sections but also the basic study information. However, the PAT section is useful and the practice tests are probably the closest to the real thing, especially for angle ranking. Kaplan and Top-score are much easier than the real deal for PAT typically (esp angle ranking)

The barrons book is the biggest joke and waste of time. Multiple errors makes me wonder how this book got published. It was a total waste of money!

I've also found a number of errors in the BN. Use it only for PAT.

I usually don't respond to stuff like this, but you take the cake on this one. I simply agreed with you and added the comments to watch out for the rest of the book as a precautionary measure. I haven't a clue why you get all defensive. I really don't have a clue what you are talking about! Chill out...get some sleep, have a beer..whatever dude!
