Does dental schools like Tufts and BU accept online masters degree such at Barry University?

Since a 19-20 DAT score might not be able to offset a 3.0 gpa so I decided to do a 1 yr MS in Biomed Science at Barry U and I would like to know the grading policy over there?
Their BMS program doesn't do + or - grades. An "A" is 100-90, "B" is 80-89, "C" is 70-79, and anything below a 70 is considered an F.

How are exams administered over there? Is it all Multiple Choice? Btw do they curve grades or no?

Exams are taken through this lockdown program called examplify/examsoft. Your video and audio is recorded, and for the most part exams are multiple choice. There were classes that I have taken that had open ended exams also, so you can expect a blend depending on the course. Grades are not supposed to be curved, but some professors may curve depending on the course and their policy. Like I've seen some curve like an 89.6 to a 90.

Do you know anyone got accepted to BU Dental with an online MS BMS Degree from Barry University?

can you tell me what do u meant by open ended exams?
I meant open response questions where you just type in the answer.

Yeah many people do, the program has connection with BU in which students with a minimum of a 3.7 GPA after their first semester will receive a guaranteed interview. They do prioritize in-person students for this, but also meet with online students. There are also online students who get into the school by just applying regularly without the early guaranteed interview.

When was the last time someone got accepted to BU with an online masters program at Barry? Was it this cycle?

Every cycle there are a students that get into both Tufts and BU (they are just popular choices for some reason and Tufts especially often have a lot of Barry alumni). For each it's a blend of online + in-person, the only thing is that BU does prefer for your prerequisites to be done in-person. I know some people who did the program online, and satisfied the early assurance requirement and flew down to Florida for an in-person interview opportunity with the BU admissions. Overall, there are many schools that accept Barry students since the program is well known for its rigor and prep. The full acceptance list of Barry students is here.

The link you provided to me just only shows the schools people got accepted to, but not the students names that matriculated to each school.

Is that true that at Barry University when you are applying to dental schools, does the Barry transcript indicate that you completed the program on-line or in person? Will dental schools figure out that you did the program in person or online?

Im in the program now, I know of many people who did it online and got into BU and Tufts. The transcript does not say online or in person. Just be honest in interviews, and have a reason ready for why you did it online. Don't lie to them that you did it in-person if you didn't. Also, Barry has an instagram page where people who opt into it have their acceptances posted. I reached out to several of them who did the program online and were accepted. Good luck, its a good program.

Does Barry University BMS MS have exams every week or like its once a month or every two weeks?

Yes quizzes and tests every week. It will prepare you for dental school.

I think late August, tests are spread out but there are weekly quizzes. To do well you need to study everyday

What classes do you take per semester and what are these classes? I am taking gross anatomy, biochem(pathways) and oral pathology this fall. Can you tell me more about gross anatomy? When are test administered and do they have canvas to monitor your grades or no? Can you tell me more about quizzes and how are they administered? What about biochem(pathways) and oral pathology?

Im only in Anatomy and Biochem right now, biochem is not that bad but anatomy is probably the hardest class in the program. They use canvas. Quizzes use examsoft in anatomy weekly.

is the exams for anatomy open book or closed book?

Is it majority head and neck anatomy or anatomy of the entire body?

So you are taking anatomy and biochem only this semester? What about other classes?
