Ya, PCAT only went up to Calc 1 material.

No. Most schools want Calc for science/engineer majors which is Calculus w/ Analytical Geometry. Some schools may accept general calculus that business and non-science majors take, to find out check the schools website that you wish to apply to or PharmCAS.

It depends- did the course cover differentiation and some integration? If so then that's a good sign, but contact the schools you're interested in just to be sure.
