Bathroom Question!!

Say you are in the middle of the natural sciences section and NEED to go to the bathroom and are doing fine on time...are you allowed to run to the bathroom? 😀 Thanks!

yes you are allowed to whenever you want to, but be aware that you will lose time checking out (signing out/scanning of fingerprint) then after using the bathroom you will have to sign in (signing form and scanning fingerprint).

I think it depends on which prometric center you go to. The one I was at didn't have a bathroom inside the center itself, so I had to walk to the bathroom outside.

yeah lol that post scared me into not drinking any water before I took my test, but then I realized how easy it was to leave the test area and just used the extra 10mins I had after each section to go take a pee break and have a bite of my cliff bar.

at the place i took it, the bathroom was inside the computer lab itself. However, I had to leave the computer lab, signout, go back into the lab, use the restroom, come back and blah blah blah... you get the point. before i took the test the dude said, people forget to sign out all the time, but there is a sign there to remind you if you forget.... so i don't think it would have been that big of a deal, but who knows i didn't want to risk it =).

I brought my DL and school ID, but my DL had just expired so they wouldnt let me in. They gave me 20 min to be back with another gov issued form of ID. I happened to have a passport at home and barely made it back in time.

Towards the end of natural science I had to pee and i didnt think I could make it past the PAT, so I went, and came back with 15 min to check over my science answers before the PAT. I never had so much spare time in any of my practice exams.

Just try not to drink too much water. Just have a sip before the exam and a sip during the break. It's rare that anyone has time to spare.
