Someone can help what are the other possibile ways to practice dentistry with out DDS ? My visa status will be student visa and still in India.

There are several ways to become a licensed dentist in the USA. To find your answer you have to check each state's requirements (Google dental licensing)
Residency sounds like a good choice, but it is extremely difficult to get into and, I believe, there are some restrictions
You are not allowed by law to work on student visa

Hey, Thanks for your response. How do we get H1B visa to work on ? Before that what's the path work here . What are the courses need to be done ? Any thoughts ?

All visa requirements should be in your local consulate. I am not aware about any
Frankly, I've never been interested in residency for the purpose of licensing, so I don't know where the list of them is. Probably ADEA website. Basically you need to look into every school and see
Requirements are different.
If you decide to go to school, then you need to find the money first. No point going into all the trouble of exams and other expenses if after acceptance you wouldn't be able to attend
