I am looking for a responsible, professional person to sublet my large, furnished, clean one bedroom apartment for the month of August. The apartment could also be available to sublet by the week during the month of August if that works better for you.
The location is in Manhattan (Inwood): Cooper Street between 204th and 207th streets (a very safe and quiet block). It is a great area and the apartment is in a co-op building in a lovely neighborhood. It is close to Columbia Medical Center, The Cloisters, Columbia Univ, Fort Tryon Park, Inwood Hill Park, restaurants, café, supermarkets, drugstores, laundry, Saturday Farmers Market, and one block west of Broadway. One block away from the A Express Train and short walking distance to number 1 Train and many buses (about 25-30 minutes to midtown).
The apartment is clean, cozy, quiet, and fully furnished. There is a fully remodeled kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with shower/bath, large living room with large HDTV, AC, basic cable, Playstation 3, sleeper sofa, 2 desks, dining room table, and a large bedroom with queen sized bed. The building has an elevator. Free Wifi. This is a non-smoking apartment.
Rent ($1350) includes utilities. The subletter will sign a contract agreement and provide payment for the rent and a security deposit upfront. At the end of the contract, the deposit will be returned.
