Will doing well in a DO post bacc program make me more competitive for MD schools? Or only DO schools? My gut feeling is yes, but I remember reading somewhere that MD and DO post bacc's are not comparable...

Your gut is correct. We have seen reports here in SDN of MD acceptances after DO SMPs. I don't have a feel for how common that might be, however.

Yes. Students from our SMP have gotten into MD schools.
