The bedroom has an attached bath (also quite large) and huge closets.
The living has plenty of space for you to put books, furniture, or other items. The kitchen is not huge, but there is a dining area. Of course, there are all the kitchen appliances that you could need and which you would be welcome to use if you so desire. The apartment has wireless internet and is cable-ready. I do have two cats--they are very well-behaved and extremely charming, but if you're allergic this is not the place for you.
The apartment comes with tandem parking and a storage area, as well as a balcony; the building has a washer and dryer. It is a secured building located on the Hollywood/West Hollywood border, a few blocks east of Sunset and Fairfax. It's close to UCLA, Cedars, and Children's Hospital.
I'm quiet, mostly because I don't watch much TV or listen to much music. Noise is fine with me, but constant entertaining isn't really my thing (coming home to a houseful of strangers is pretty awful in my book). I keep odd hours, but can sleep through anything.
I'm a 27 year old woman, but I've had both male and female roommates, gay and straight--frankly, I don't really care about that side of things.
