You have many state public schools on your list that admit very few non residents with your MCAT of 510 and no connection to the state.
Remove California Northstate since they have accreditation problems.
I suggest these schools with your stats:
Vermont
Quinnipiac
Albany
New York Medical College
Hackensack
Drexel
Temple
Jefferson
Penn State
Georgetown
George Washington
Virginia Commonwealth
Eastern Virginia
Wake Forest
NOVA MD
Tulane
TCU
Creighton
St. Louis
Rosalind Franklin
Loyola
Rush
Medical College Wisconsin
Oakland Beaumont
Wayne State
California University
Loma Linda (if you fit their mission)
Kaiser
The UCs.

I appreciate the help with the list. I'm wondering if you think I actually have a solid chance at getting in literally anywhere this cycle though? I'm heavily considering just retaking my MCAT after training for CARS the next year?

On metrics, don't undervalue your 4.0 and your journey which includes CC coursework. California schools are generally very interested in supporting SED students who have community college coursework. You mentioned "religious refugee" but is it compatible with Loma Linda's religious culture? If you really have thousands of experience hours (clinical and non-clinical*), then it's up to mission match. Rush, Loyola, and Georgetown want applicants with hundreds to thousands of hours, especially service orientation non-clinical experiences.

Do you have an FAP letter? Did you grow up in the Inland Empire?

What are your Casper/PREview scores?

* An actual breakdown of hours by experience for non-clinical volunteering is important to measure mission fit with service-heavy schools.

Your actual success is up to you because we have no clue how you interview from a WAMC.

Hi thanks for the reply. I updated my school list with the suggestions from you and Faha that I had the requirements for. Do you have any recommendations to take off from here?
Also, I went through MSAR for schools 35-45 and ensured that they had high OOS acceptance, do you know if any of those schools have strict ties that weren't on MSAR, I.E. WWAMI type stuff? Thank you

I strongly suggest sticking to schools on Faha's list instead on adding others. It would be a waste of money going outside that with the schools you have included like Wright State and Toledo (which has special policies for OH high school graduates that leave the state for college).

You should receive interviews with your stats. The GPA-MCAT grid shows you have ~80% chance for a MD acceptance and you have excellent ECs.

Thanks for letting me know I'll get rid of the public schools at the bottom. Comparing to Faha, it looks like I took off Hackensack, NovaMD, and St Louis because my stats were iffy with them according to MSAR, I will add them back. I also added Virginia Tech and Geisinger- any reason not to, my stats somewhat fit.

They have a strong regional and rural preference.
